Cable terminations & connections
Every connector, jack, patch panel, and termination we install — if a connection fails because of how we did the work, we re-terminate it at no cost.
Cable pathways & routing
Conduit, J-hooks, cable trays, and supports installed by TCG. If our routing fails or causes cable damage, we make it right.
Fiber splicing & testing
Fusion splices, mechanical splices, OTDR-tested links. If a TCG fiber connection degrades due to our work, we splice or replace it.
Rack & cabinet installation
Equipment racks, cable management, grounding systems, and patch field organization installed to BICSI standards.
Labeling & documentation
Cable labels, port labels, panel labels, and as-built drawings. If the documentation we provided is incorrect, we’ll re-document at no charge.
Certified performance
Every certified link will continue to meet the Cat6 / Cat6A / fiber performance specs we tested it to on day one. If it doesn’t, we re-certify or replace.
Note on exclusions: The guarantee covers TCG’s workmanship and the materials we install. It doesn’t cover damage from rodents, water intrusion from external sources, building modifications by other contractors, or third-party equipment connected to our cabling. We’ll always tell you up front what is and isn’t covered before any service call.

A TCG tech comes onsite to inspect the issue. We pull our original test reports and as-built drawings to compare against current condition. The visit is free — no trip charge, no diagnostic fee.

If the failure is workmanship-related, the repair is covered — full stop. If something falls outside coverage (rodent damage, third-party modifications), we’ll show you the evidence and quote you the repair at our standard rate. No surprises, no upsells.

For as long as the installation is in service in its original location. There’s no time cap, depreciation schedule, or expiration. If it’s still in use and our workmanship fails, we cover it — whether that’s 2 years from now or 20.
Yes. The guarantee follows the cabling system, not the original buyer. If you sell the building or the system stays in place after a tenant change, the new owner is covered. Just have them call us — we’ll find the project records and confirm coverage.
No. The guarantee is automatic and active the moment we hand off your finished project. You’ll receive a written certificate documenting it, but there’s no online registration, no activation form, and no expiration deadline to track.
Fair question, and the honest answer is: we’ve been in business for 15 years and have no plans to change that. But your cable system also carries a separate 25-year manufacturer warranty (from CommScope, Panduit, Leviton, or whichever vendor we used) that’s independent of TCG and would remain in force regardless.
The guarantee is for TCG’s workmanship and the materials we install. It does not cover: damage from rodents or insects, water intrusion from leaks or flooding, modifications made by other contractors after we leave, end-user equipment plugged into our cabling, intentional damage, or acts of God. We’ll always do an honest assessment and tell you straight up whether something is covered before any work begins.

Both. Whether we install a single new drop or a full ground-up cabling system, the Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee covers the work TCG performed. Existing infrastructure that we didn’t install isn’t covered, but anything we touched is.
